Justice Jam was started in 2019 by a local high school student. After she found out about human trafficking she knew she had to do something. Using her talent and passion for music she organized a benefit concert and silent auction to raise money to fight human trafficking. 100% of donations go to a local organization, Stories Foundation - you can read more about them below!

Stories Foundation is a nonprofit in Minnesota fighting human trafficking and related issues through social impact business, awareness education, and community engagement. AND - they have offices right here in Anoka, MN!
Their big project right now is their NEWLY OPENED giveback cafe (Storyteller Cafe!) in Blaine! (Go check it out when you get a chance. It's a wonderful place!) Future plans include small groups, work programs, and housing for survivors of human trafficking.
They do many events that inform, educate, and empower the community to know about human trafficking and steps we can each take to stop human trafficking.
This, our 6th Justice Jam, will include many similar elements from last year and some new elements.
The biggest new element is that we have 2 portions of this event. You can learn about each of them and what they offer below.
PART 1: THE STORIES MATTER MARKET (10 AM - 2 PM)
*Outdoors if weather permits, otherwise in the building on site!*
- Eat lunch & have a treat from our food trucks & vendors:
- Mi Gente - Tacos Y Mas (Tacos, Burritos, Nachos, Quesadillas, Tortas
(Mexican Sandwhich), Drinks, etc.)
- I&E Treats (Fresh Wagyu Smash Burgers, Fries, Drinks)
- Pretty Great Cheesecake (Fresh Cooked from scratch in the truck!)
- & Storyteller Cafe (Coffee & Other Drinks)
- Silent Auction Fundraiser (10 AM - 1:30 PM In Person Auction & 10 AM - 9 PM Online Items)
- An opportunity to learn about anti-human trafficking work
- Bounce house, games, and activities for kids
- An array of unique local vendors selling their products! (see our ever-growing list of vendors at the bottom of the page)
